This Non-Profit Organization is organized

exclusively through veterans for veterans

and American families, charitable,

educational, and scientific purposes, for

community development, the making of

distributions to organizations that qualify

as exempt organizations under section

501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or

the corresponding section of any future

federal tax code.

Flag for Disabled Veterans, as a 501(c)(3)(4)b non-profit organization, was developed to help veterans our primary clients, with needs they can't acquire themselves such as housing. This is our mandate to become a physically motivating presence for them, to help veterans and organizations, and to become a symbol of inspiration for communities they reside in, to bring attention to remember the ones that serve and never asked for nothing in return; hopefully through joint networking of other non-profit and community help organizations and grants it is the least we can do to make this happen.
